Effect of Tank Mixture of Isoproturon and Tralkoxydim on the Control of Wild Oat in Wheat Kumar Subhash, Singh Govindra Department of Agronomy, G. B. Pant University of Agric. and Tech., Pantnagar-263 145 (U. P.), India. Abstract Field experiments conducted at the Crop Research Centre of G. B. Pant University of Agric. and Tech. from 1989–91 revealed that tralkoxydim at 0.25 kg/ha provided complete control of Avena ludoviciana, whereas isoproturon at 1.0 kg/ha provided only 47% control of A. ludoviciana. Tank mixture of tralkoxydim 0.25 kg with isoproturon 0.5 kg/ha produced gram yield comparable to weed-free conditions and provided maximum control of weeds. Top | |
